HMSDC Terms and Conditions of Course Registration

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the HMSDC Web site course registration. By accepting “Agree”, at the end of these terms and conditions you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you prefer not to Agree, select “Do Not Agree”, which will take you back to the Home page.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
HMSDC reserves the right, from time to time, with or without notice to you, to change these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will supercede all previous versions. Your use of the HMSDC Web site course registration after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

Registration Confirmation and Payment Receipt
Registrants receive confirmation via email when both payment is received and the registration form is processed.

Course Registration Fees
Course registration fees include comprehensive course materials, and refreshments. Course dates and fees are subject to change.

Online Registration and Payment
Credit cards accepted are Master Card or Visa only. Credit card processing is your final step in the registration process. Once you complete the online registration form, you will be redirected to Mashreq Bank’s secure, online portal to make your payment.

Refunds
HMSDC will issue refunds (less USD $50 administrative fee) for written cancellations received no less than 10 calendar days before the course begins. No refunds will be issued when cancellation notice is given less then 10 calendar days before the event. Email cancellations to HMSDC at info-hmsdc@hms.harvard.edu.

Rescheduling or Canceling Offerings
HMSDC reserves the right to cancel a course due to an event beyond HMSDC’s reasonable control. If a course is canceled, HMSDC will notify registrants and refund registration fees.

Disclaimers of Warranties and Limitations on Liability
The HMSDC Web site and its contents are provided "as is" and we make no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to the HMSDC Web site or its contents. We assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the HMSDC Web site, any failures, delays, or interruptions in the provision of a course. We disclaim all representations and warranties.

In no event shall HMSDC directors, officers, or employees be liable (jointly or severally) to you for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss, data or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information. If any applicable authority holds any portion of this section to be unenforceable, then liability will be limited to the fullest possible extent permitted by applicable law.

Your Conduct on the HMSDC Web Site
By accessing the HMSDC Web site, you agree not to upload, post, email or otherwise send or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment associated with the HMSDC Web site. You also agree not to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the HMSDC Web site or to violate any of the procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the HMSDC Web site, the terms of which are incorporated herein.
